with a track record like that, surely the government can do a bang-up job of handling something as simple as nationalized healthcare.

Does it not surprise you that I also hate big trucks?

I’m sure that means something to you.

I’ve already deleted my shortcut to Jalopnik and Oppo a couple of months ago and can only get here by manually typing the address. The changes around here are too hard to watch but I can’t seem to completely quit visiting. I wish I were hip and savvy with all these platforms and knew how to find out where all my

The one with the two guys and the fish that was way too big for the pot really got me.

Someone needs to give you a job at Jalopnik.

I was reading the comments and see there’s some relative confusion. As someone who both owns a Corvette and loves to deal with the “Corvette numbers” I looked into it a little more.

This is stupid.

BA in Human Resources is a pretty common major, I have no idea what you’re talking about.

The battery breakthroughs seem to be on the same track as the flying cars that’s always 2 years away.

I’d add “Safety” to that as well. You need a battery that won’t catch fire or dangerously discharge, especially for consumer applications such as cars/phones/etc.

Battery technologies need to have lots of properties at the same time to be commercially viable and these announcements usually don’t mention the one property that the new technology doesn’t have that is the ultimate deal-breaker. For example:
- Environmentally friendly- check
- High capacity/energy density - check
-

I commented early in an article hoping I can actually find the replies if enough people stack on top of it...not being able to navigate and have discourse with the commenters [and writers] completely destroys 95% of what Jalopnik [and its sister sites] are. I sincerely hope this is fixed and just a Kinja update snafu.
