I’d rather be flying combat missions than a long flight in coach.

There are plenty in SoCal wrecking yards.
Is that the Hurst “Ron Jeremy” throw edition shifter?
Yes, I definitely would not want to live in something that doesn’t have a toilet at minimum, preferably a shower too.
Go just a little bigger and you could at least get a wet bathroom.
I’d say they need to just try living in this thing for about a month before doing anything with the house.
You want to live in a tiny trailer with no toilet and shower? I get the whole wanderlust minimalism mentality, but set yourself up for success first.
You’re not wrong. It’s emotionally and fiscally irresponsible to sell the house. This is real life, not a movie.
Some advice....
Would you ever do more than cruise in this though ? I guess maybe with the Tesla motors you would. But I imagine a Lincoln Continental with an EV driveline — or some other giant, four plus seater convertible.
As a driver of a 1956 Lincoln with lap belts, I understand the risks when I go out and I basically assume my safety level is on par with a motorcycle or less. Unless it’s a 5mph bump. In that case, that person’s Camry is REALLY getting a dent.
Hah, probably too rare and not enough parts, but I might have been googling this to see if there were any close to him. I couldn’t find one, but I know this car from a webcomic I used to read so I remember it randomly from time to time. Glad I wasn’t the only one thinking about it.
I would be curious to hear the builder’s response to that question. If you want to get one, I am sure they could add a roll/safety cage and airbags.
I think you’d be okayish in this, since they all have bespoke chassis from Art-Morrison, and those chaps know what they are doing. But yes, an offset head-on in this would kill you, but that type of crash would kill you regularly right up until recently.
Damnit. I want this. To me this thing is cooler then any 6+ figure car I’ve ever seen (in person or in print). I never felt bad that I couldn’t afford the latest Ferrari quatrofolienflameblowupanello or whatever but the want for this thing right here is emanating from deep within my loins.
Just posted the same thing before seeing your comment. Stupid “Load more comments” button ...
Right? I was like, “Jason! Those are painted metal pieces, not plastic!”
