the only nanny I have on my Escape is blind spot detection. A light illuminates in the side mirror letting you know a car is there. very very handy. Really miss having it on the 2015 C7 which is much harder to see out of. I guess the ford has park assist and crap like that too.

those things were rocketships back in the day. my buddies mom had one we were never allowed to drive it :)

ummm, the guy is completely sideways from oversteer.....?????

that’s crazy :)

that’s crazy :)

I have a 2015 C7 and I can make plenty of noise and spin the tires a few rotations in sport mode. No need to turn traction control off. The tires are actually quiet but the sport exhaust is loud when you get in the gas. I’m also twice the average age of the typical mustang owner and can confirm that in my early 20's

I learned by keeping the parking brake engaged and driving through my neighborhood when there was a fresh snowfall, you’d be amazed how fast you learn in a front wheel drive car with the back wheels locked

because people never have to learn proper car control in this day and age due to traction and stability control. Once you turn off the traction control people are clueless as to how the car will react.

why do these idiots insist on turning their traction control off. You should have to pass written and practical tests to be allowed to turn off your Mustang’s traction control.

This is just silly. It’s been a solid week of crack town........

why are fish tacos a thing but not fish burritos?

I think they put that rule in place back in the day before literally everything was real time and easily and widely disseminated through tv cell phones social media, etc etc.

yes that is exactly how I understand it. It helps the car grip at a slightly higher cornering speed. Then they can swerve the car back and forth after the race to try and reset everything for inspection. (which is also illegal now too)

he’s still the official winner of the race for the record books and has his very real trophy in his trophy case. No one will know any different when looking back unless he somehow misses the chase

“Nascar” has always said they want fans to know who the winner is when they go home. It could get pretty crazy if we were naming new winners and what if the 2nd place guy fails tech too. I could see a huge mess.

Still a win in the history books and the Trophy case. That’s not exactly “nothing”

The schools own the kids, they can make them do whatever they want. Surely you’ve at least taken a look or heard about all the rules and regulations imposed on athletes by both the NCAA and the Schools themselves. I’m not saying it’s right or sticking up for them but they own these kids. It’s funny that you think the

Pay Attention, College Athletics are big business..........

It’s no different than McDonalds asking you not to wear your work uniform with the McDonalds logo on it while you are protesting.

I’m too lazy to actually go back and research this but I swear every Kristen Lee Article is just her complaining about something. Great addition to the blog!
