Big drawback here is since a dealer is selling it you don’t get the chance to talk to the owner/builder to at least get some idea what you are getting into. a year to build, finished a month ago, now for sale for certainly less than it cost to build. This did not turn out the way he planned and he is selling it now before it is broken beyond reasonable repair. Never buy someone elses project.
