I don't know if he deserves to be charged with anything (actually, probably not; he's just a dumbass), but that is a seriously dumb move.  Ever since Aurora, whenever ANYONE walks in front of me in a theater, I wonder if he's about to pull a gun and start blasting away.  And if someone is hanging…

I would hope that they locked that asshole  Wilkins up on a variety of charges.
