The chrome trim around the taillights looks like someone went to Pep Boys. The logo.. well, it's awful. So is the grill. What the fuck.

I don't understand the hate for this truck. It was way more refined than any full size truck, and was a lot nicer inside as well. Yes, it was underpowered, but you really don't NEED that much power to be honest. I tow a 3500lb boat with my 95 Audi S6 wagon. I have 290hp. It's a turbo with a 5spd, so I don't have

I don't think they are trying to compete with the tow ratings of body-on-frame trucks. I like exactly what they are doing, making a vehicle that msot truck owners ACTUALLY need, not something that tows 10,000,000lbs because you're insecure about your dick. I tow two snowmobiles and a boat with my station wagon.

I'm with you. I don't understand the hate. It's a truck built for people with normal or large sized penises, that don't feel the need to have the biggest, most manly tow ratings. I tow 2 snowmobiles, and a small boat. I don't need a Ford F-teen thousand. I'd like something that was nicer inside, and got better

idk this kinja system is really fucking confusing who is replying to what. Sorry man.

Am I the only one that finds the R32 and R33 skylines pretty ugly? The R34 was what we all really wanted, at least in the early 00s. It was the ultimate!

wrong. TRUE car guys drive stick. For TRUE enthusiasts, it's not about the numbers or the specs. Automatics are for morons who think a .3 second shift time matters. Unless you are racing competitively, it does NOT. Cars are more than that. They are machines that straddle the boundary of transportation, art,

Nah, I used to own newer econoboxes. Then I bought an SVX, which the internet told me would blow up. I put 120k on it and it was awesome. Just did basic maintenance and changed the ATF every other oil change. Awesome car! Then I did the same with an S6, a 911, and now a classic mini cooper. :D

I am a classy mother fucker, broseph. I drive an OG Audi Super Wagon, and a classic 911. Both of which are old, sometimes have expensive parts, but are pretty easy to work on and cost less than a depreciating new Corolla or something.

I've put 50k on my 95 Audi S6 in 6 years. Problems: Coolant hose blew once. Coils got weak, replaced them for $220. Other than that, it's just been basic stuff like brakes/tires/oil changes. You are a pussy.

Random fact: Some Lanos trim models had a handsome interior outfitted with aluminum trim on the dash, and red win colored leather sport seats. Saw one in a junkyard once. Was definitely OEM. Cool!

These wheels look like shit. Not inspired by motorsports at all, just some Lumina overly styled pattern for no reason. Put some CCW classics on it and you'd have my attention.

This is why I hate paying for gas, and why I drive a 2000 Honda insight even though I also own an S6 and 911.

Funny you compared it to an 8 series. The BMW 850CSI was my dream car as a kid, but I couldn't afford one. So? I bought an SVX. I always called it the Poor Mans BMW 8 series. Also more capable in bad weather.

I don't. Why do they have these people who aren't really into cars writing about cars on Jalopnik? Orlove got his license what, like 2 years ago? He's owned 2 cars. Ever. Yes, these are the qualifications you need to write for jalopnik? Wtf. He spent more time using mass transit than driving a car...

My 3900lb Audi S6 is awesome with a stick. If it was an auto I would not have bought it.

Why are there ads for this? I mean... ads? Who's buying this besides military people with military contracts?

Step 1: Buy a used car instead. New cars are for suckers.

No you wouldn't. I bet $5 you'd slide right off a corner in any of those huge cars.

You're an idiot.
