I never said anything about poor engineering. Great engineering is required for any product to be successful. The problem is engineers who try to cut corners/do things easier/cheaper when it detracts from the vision of the designers. They just don't get it. Trust me I work with them everyday.

It's a shop. That came out a while ago. Anyway, I don't know why you're glad it's fake. I think a C4 with narrow tires and a honda engine would be a badass commuter. Small, low drag, nice handling, perfect for the highway, while getting upwards of 40mpg and looking cool.

911 motors are pretty reliable, excluding the head stud years. Once that's fixed they're decent too. Remember they're overbuilt motors with tons of nice features like a dry sump. It's pretty common to find 911 SCs with over 200k and no rebuild.

Not really, that car has great visibility. I also installed two convex dome mirrors on the INSIDE of the car, and I was passing everyone anyway so I never really needed to see anybody coming up behind me.
