The answer is Subaru SVX. AWD, comfy for 2, great at high speed. I could do 140+ in my old one, and even had the cruise on at 115 for about an hour (south dakota, middle of night). Utterly fantastic touring car.

What prevents them from being picked up the skirting and the shape of the vehicle. It's angled upwards so high winds will create downforce, and the rubber lip everywhere will try to keep any wind from going under the vehicle and flipping/lifting it.
