Agreed. I’m not sure why more players don’t just come up to bat and decide to hit it where the defenders aren’t standing. I’ve said this long before shifts were a thing. “Guys just CHOOSE to hit it where they ain’t!” But you know stubborn baseball guys...they just keep hitting where guys are standing 70% of the time.
