Funny about the lack of chargers in NYC...I live in Tannersville PA and at the local outlet mall there must be 12 Superchargers. I guess that is were all the Teslas from the city go on weekends.

I cancelled prime and now I use Amazon to shop and then go to Ebay to purchase. Almost always free shipping and almost always cheaper. Some ebay vendors are even using Amazon products (they arrive in an Amazon box that is not being reused)and selling cheaper on Ebay (don’t know how they do that)

Forme the problem with the older BMW steering wheels was they were too thin.  I have very large hands and my fingers wrap around it and them my fingers touch my palms and the wheel isn’t in my grasp.  Thicker wheels solve this.

But isn’t this true of all motor vehicle mfg? I can DIY my car but some parts need to be coded to the car (VIN) and usually only dealers have this equipment. This doesn’t really seem to be unusual. The farmer can DIY the part but the coding is required. Now, needing parts coded to the car is what is crazy.
