FBI: Hey we need to interview you for this Kavanaugh thing.

One week is BS. Telling people how long the investigation will last is dumb AF. On Monday, the FBI contacts everyone they want to interview, who then respond stating that they need time to retain counsel and will get back to them next week when the investigation is over. Great job, ya’ll!

Is anyone wondering why a High School needs an athletic director?

If they are really not that horrible, they will change. As someone who already has done the same, I can tell you that the more time that passes without them changing, the easier it will be. Depending on how dependent on them you are, it will probably happen without you thinking about it.

Some of the face stuff is definitely drawn on there is its completely crazy to me that he is not endlessly ridiculed for that. There was an earlier post where I identified that he cheek “tattoos” switched sides in different photos and some Stan actually commented along the lines of “no, you are wrong, the tattoos

Crank level here is 6/10, but I am loving it!

Jimmy Butler sounds like a total Virgo, amirite?

Sure looks like a way to exercise viewpoint discrimination while proclaiming that you are not.

I have a feeling that this is a made up stat. Most divorce proceedings would not allege such specific facts in the initial pleading, rather a recitation of the base elements needed for whatever the grounds for divorce are. I also can’t imagine anyone reading any every document with an eye to track to occurrences of

Has anyone broached the question of whether Kavanaugh would resign in the hypothetical situation where: (1) where the Mueller Probe reveals some agreement between Trump Campaign and a foreign government to influence the outcome of the election; or (2) Trump is impeached; or (3) Trump resigns in the face of impending

The same party that rails against a “minority” of coastal elites allegedly deciding the course of this country is perfectly happy if the entire supreme court is chosen by the Heritage Foundation.

I feel like towards the end of November and early December, 2016, there were a lot of people who were like, “Wait, maybe they have something new to say that we need to hear.” At this point, and I am speaking generally, we are all like “Nope, it was just the same old BS.

This is the Burneko article we’ve been waiting for. I hate it when people use “clearly” to amplify the high degree of confidence they have about a disputed fact. If it was clear that you are right, we wouldn’t be arguing about it, Meredith!

I think it only is a felony if he has priors. Obviously, I have no clue about his criminal history.

A lot of areas make it a crime to impersonate police. If Reynolds was stating that he was acting as police in his capacity of a private security consulting, which is unclear from the story, he could have been committing a crime himself. Also, you are missing the close quotes in paragraph 11.

Socialism is getting so many new definitions that I honestly have no clue what it means anymore. Are you talking about (1) classical Marx/Engels socialism, (2) the “socialism” declared after the Russian revolution, or(3) merely a re-distribution of tax revenue away from defense spending and corporate welfare and

I agree. I would just add an even more fundamental point that its not a lawyers job to be a “good person;” their job is to diligently represent the client. A functional legal system requires that everyone, “good” or “bad,” get access to the courts. Judging attorneys based on who they represent and judging who they
