I don’t think the job itself is so terrible, at least not for some women. I think the problem with the position is that it tends to reinforce our already existing biases toward presidents who are men, who are married to women, and whose wives are both conventionally feminine and willing to put any other career goals…

Part of the problem is that Asian/Mixed-Asian/Polynesian/Hapa actors are so underrepresented in Hollywood that taking away literally one of a few parts available to them and give them to a white person is never going to be the same thing as a PoC being cast as a white character. Never.

Yeah, but you can only use a pie (weed leaf?) chart when you are presenting/comparing percentages of the same whole. So you should never have a pie chart that adds up to something other than 100%.
