Fits great, and gives it a front row seat to years of kicked up road salt and mud. I’ll take the interior space hit to not have to deal with that. If I need the space back, I’ll put the spare on the roof. I owned a Ranger for seven years. I’ve tasted the fruit of the supposedly wonderful and space efficient under

Every part that is plastic is one that I don’t need to worry about rusting.

Finding that I guessed right made me giggle with a glee that only Star Wars and weird cars together can bring. I risked waking my fiancé. At least she knows I’m into weird shit and would mostly understand.

Any possibility of this being a result of the popularity of luxo-trucks and people thinking they can just heap things up in the bed and they’ll stay put, where they might have otherwise securely strapped it onto the exterior of a car/SUV?

I see a lot of stories from people who have used valet parking, and as the supervisor of a team at a resort, I don’t understand how this shit happens unless they are understaffed.

Ability to drive stick is one of the few requirements of valets where I work. Also, a pulse.

Minivans can be bad, what with the filth that comes along with multiple children in a confined space for a many-hour road trip, but Chevy Astros are the worst.

I’m onboard if only to see less carpeting in trucks/SUVs/vehicles in general. Anything to incentivise floors that don’t make the car rust out faster than it already would.

*moot point

In the land of rust, that’s a nice price for anything intact, running, and usable.

That’s what it was like owning a Geo tracker as well. So much engine thrashing fun.

I learned to drive in a ‘95 Toyota Truck. It was not a Tacoma, and it was not a Hilux, it was a Truck. That’s the best one.

I want to like it. Very, very badly.

That would have to be like “News from Lake Woebegone” for cars

This is actually what I’ve always wanted whenever I’ve driven a truck in low range. Having driven a couple of tractors, a hand throttle makes sense for that kind of gearing

I’m watching The World’s Fastest Indian tonight to celebrate.

Same, but hospitality.

Exactly my thought

Also, sorry, it just connected in my brain but “ ‘07 Land Cruiser”... “older Land Cruiser”.
