The Gymkanas are like a movie franchise that is about four films past it’s sell by date. People will still watch them and die hard fans will still enjoy them but the rest will wonder what all the fuss is about?
My family used to have one of those, in the UK. Ours was a 4 door 120d M-Sport with an auto. These cars aren’t worth the concern over legality, especially a stripped out 116i. You have no idea how slow and cramped those things are. Not practical or fun. Just get the coupe if you really need a 1 series.
