The official truck of gastroenterologists - the TRD Pro.

Suburban Atlanta is the good life. Twisty roads that aren’t too crazy except for rush hour, nice weather compared to the frozen sections of the country, very few kooky West Coast car-hater types around, and numerous interesting cars sold here.

Subaru, like other Japanese manufacturers, has abandoned the wagon market in the USA (both of us!) and only wants to sell jacked-up wagons and CUV’s with crappy CVT slushboxes. How about a proper wagon (you know, like they get in the UK) with a 200+ bhp engine and 8 speed ZF automatic (option for 6-speed manual). Also

If you were still in ATL, the loaner car would have been a Cadillac ATS from Motorcars of Georgia. Plus, you wouldn’t have to live in the frozen wasteland. Just sayin’...

I would think that the new Genesis would clean this car’s clock in sales. Anyone who is cross-shopping German sedans wouldn’t look at this thing. Those looking at other Asian luxury brands might. Acura, like their parent firm, has gone tone-deaf in comparison to what they used to be.

I guess Lotus Elise doesn’t really fit into the same category as Ferrari, Lambo, etc., but I bought mine about 9 years ago when it was 2 years old. It had 2k miles on it and the first owner in Orange County barely drove it. He was moving on to the next big shiny thing.

I see one every day here in Georgia. I helped my dad pick this one out when he retired. Years later he gave it to me when he could no longer drive. I had it painted, did a spray-on bedliner, bought updated bumpers/wheels from Craigslist.

Great. Two or three decades to get what the Taliban can get their hands on with no problem. Ever notice how they all seem to have diesel Hilux pickups that are probably operated in the worst conditions and still keep going?

Numerous motorcyclists I saw during this brief stint had close calls, as drivers of cars/trucks not using signals, texting while driving, and so forth would quickly correct in order to miss the passing bike. I’m always on the lookout for motorcyclists and have decades of accident-free driving experience. Grandma in

On a recent trip to California, we were on our way to Yosemite from San Francisco on the Interstate. Traffic was heavy and dozens of motorcyclists were doing lane-splitting. Our daughter, who lives in California, explained that it was legal. Well, traffic slowed down to a crawl and we got stuck for an hour in it.
