I’m curious as to how the McGirt decision which ruled that crimes committed on Reservations are under federal - not state - jurisdiction will impact all of this. It seems to me (not a lawyer) that if OK tries to press criminal charges for abortions performed on the Reservations, it could cause a fight that would spin…
