i aslso don’t know why parchment paper would prevent the egg from cooking in the grease. parchment paper is the greatest cooking tool of all damn time. it’s capable of all things.

just get one of those grease lids for your pan at the dollar store, and then cook everything on the burner, as normal. that way, no dick pain.
