People have been saying this for a year now, but true pre-orders were all satisfied 9 months ago.  Delivery times for the M3 for the last few months have been 2-4 weeks - those aren’t preorders.

LOL you remember Chevy was making cars 40 years ago, right?  And you remember what they were like?  But even then EVs across the board, including Teslas, are much more reliable than ICE vehicles.

Are you seriously proposing the market for EVs is shrinking?

I once earnestly asked a person who worked in elevator sales how business was, and they deadpanned the “up and down” comment.  Their delivery was good I almost lost it.

Jokes I will continue to use until until the day I die, regardless of any response received:

Me yelling to the craps dealer:

LOL I live in Minneapolis. “Other airlines” that’s classic. Only thing better than traveling with a 5 year old is connecting with a 5 year old in O’Hare or Dallas

Yes. You must not be particularly familiar with flying Delta (and I actually like Delta). When you’re in the situation where you can’t choose a seat at booking, this doesn’t at all guarantee you a bad seat. They don’t assign ALL seats on the plane at booking, and Delta doesn’t really play the “pay extra for an aisle,

No - I was booking with miles, but I personally wasn’t traveling = absolutely lowest priority.  And life doesn’t always allow you 2 months to plan travel.

On multiple occasions, traveling with children (which the airline knows, because I have to enter their ages!), they have seated us apart. I’m talking 4-8 year olds. This is a case where we weren’t offered the chance to pick seats ahead of time - Delta allows you to pick seats but I think everything was taken and it

What in the fresh hell are you talking about? He gives state by state forecasts as well.  Big misses were PA, MI, and WI.

Most of America lives in cities (defined as urban areas greater than 50K).  Not all cars need to be all things to all people.

Yes it does.  I live in a large city with the luxury of being able to own 2 vehicles (so can have ICE backup for road trips).  After a year owning an M3 LR (in Minnesota!), a 200 mile range is plenty.

15/16 Volvo XC70. Easily available in his price range and will blend right in.

If you’re a fan make sure you track down the Best Of/Tribute to Tom show they did shortly after he died.  It’s a wonderful tribute and ends with about 30 seconds of just him laughing, and I’ll be damned if that doesn’t work just about perfectly.

relax I think you’re ALL perverts

A lot of people in the comments are skeptical of these “over the air” changes. Please note that’s not what’s going on here - this isn’t retroactive to older vehicles. Likewise Tesla has never made over the air range increases available, with the very limited exception of some Model S vehicles which had larger

I know you’re trying to make a joke but the M3 has rain sensing wipers and they actually work pretty well!

And there’s something in the back of the freezer that’s been there for years with no label and we’re not really sure what it is, if you know what I mean

I mean for the city where Anheuser-Busch is based, “Hold Our Beer” is probably already in the top 5.
