I don’t believe any of the claims about FSD, but they hit 200K cars in 2Q2018, and have been delivering 70-90K vehicles/quarter since then, and growth should continue with the introduction of cheaper M3s.  1 million isn’t out of the question.

Seems like a longshot, but the party who would be really interested in knowing about the dealer’s behavior would be their insurance company. I’m sure they have policies which cover “test drives”, but if an employee got in an accident driving it for personal reasons, I doubt any insurance company would cover that. 

Target Field never had this problem for it’s first few years of existence, despite consistently large crowds on opening day. Then they installed extremely necessary airport style security with metal detectors, wands, etc.  Very necessary.
