As a healthcare worker, I have never had to quarantine all day like many, so my stress level doesn’t come from that. Given the nature of my work in a medium-sized emergency department, my stress comes from work and from the fatigue it causes, as some days can be quite emotionally draining, even if we’re able to save

HUGS!

Yep, I look around the house and ask myself what I need. The books are the biggest weight- and space-suck, but they are also part of my baseline for a good retirement. Small space, in a small town, but on or near a trail (for good bike rides) and with my books—so many of these books have been waiting for me to read

I am in danger of shoving my phone in my mouth to get as close as possible to tasting that focaccia. It is flawless.

Jiminy Christmas, I have gone weird, too, but in a slightly different way. I get maybe 15 minutes of contact with people who know my name every week, and ten minutes of those is family. Work conversations and relationships have become so much harder to personalize. Living and working remotely has totally shut me in.

The focaccia looks amazeballs with crunchy sea salt and rosemary topping. Do you let your baguettes rise on a dedicated floured linen bread cloth? You can slip a piece of thin plywood or even sturdy cardboard under to move it around, and flip if on/off of your wood or improvised peel. The baguettes look awesome no

I’m losing my mind, too. When restaurants periodically have opened in LA, I am ok going outside - not frequently, but a few times, and distancing, of course - and last time I went I wore a face shield. But my boyfriend does not agree with this and it has caused hellatious fights between us. Even when we don’t fight, a

It’s really good! Yes, she plays the 1st female employee of the NYPD, and she’s all business. It has a very Jack the Ripper kind of vibe, but in NYC. Lots of prostitutes and street kids and Irish cops. Plus it has Luke Evans, who is quite tasty.

So now that we’re coming up on a year with a pandemic, how are people doing? I think I’m getting weird. I’ve got a better situation than a lot of people—I’m able to work from home and keep a good pantry, I’m hunkered down with my husband (who is my favourite person) and my cat (we’ve managed to get her good health

As always, your bread looks gorgeous. And you may have inspired me to make focaccia—I haven’t done that in ages.

Coffee-ancho rubbed lamb chops with parsnip puree and a calvestrano olive salsa verde.

I’m gonna go out on a limb say I don’t care if people that went to fancy private schools get their debt wiped out. most of those people don’t come from money. I would rather give a rich person a bit of a leg up than fuck over someone with a working class background.

Reducing student debt by up to $10,000 for every debtor is a form of college debt relief. Another good idea would be to refinance these debts at the current mortgage rate of 2.5%. You’d still have to pay the debt but you wouldn’t be buried in the interest.

also worth mentioning that Joe Biden specifically helped create this problem with his 2005 Bankruptcy Bill that made it nearly impossible to discharge student loan debt via bankruptcy.

He’s French, he’s been around the block, he has a je ne sais quoi, he knows what makes her smile...

He has a bit of that brutish handsomeness that Daniel Craig has, so I agree with you. And he’s age appropriate.

Sadly, as an Oregonian, we lost both possible Portland contestants last night. We started the night with the best odds and by the time the episode was over our odds were 0%. Both women were wonderful, I wish them the best. Abigail, in particular, was super sweet. Peiper is beautiful and will come back to Portland and

Preach.

“Does [your mother] still hug you?” Perry asked Claudia... “There’s a lot of noise in your life,”

Being born to Kellyanne is really, REALLY bad; based on the above, being psychoanalyzed by Katy Perry is even worse.
