A freezer full of ziploc bags of cream cheese frosting sounds like the end of me. I would just eat it with a spoon.

My person and I got engaged. I haven’t told anyone IRL. I like the feeling of savoring a secret and I don’t feel like doing it for the gram (now an ad wasteland). So y’all get to hear it first. Wish us luck :)

I have an important pupdate: Thursday was Darwin’s first birthday!

We finally got snow here. Not enough to have a really good romp, BUT just enough to make a small snowman. The tiny human was absolutely delighted. And we might actually just get some more tomorrow. Getting tossed (er, rescheduled) from SNL wasn’t for racism it was for maskless partying during a time of pandemic. Seems he’s stupid in more ways than one.

I still just don’t get the love for modern country music. I love the old stuff, but anything past Conway Twitty, Loretta Lynn, Dolly and Johnny Cash just doesn’t do it for me. It’s all put-on twang and no substance.

If the writers have any sense, they’ll open with them all at Samantha’s funeral, after she succumbs to another bout with cancer.

When was he booted from SNL? They rescheduled his appearance. He got his chance to perform his music and appear in skits too after he issued an “apology” and tested negative. IMO he should have never been offered another chance to appear on the show.

I’m old, so I have friends I’ve known for literally decades. Through college, weddings, camping trips, vacations, and other times together that involved a lot of drinking, I’ve never heard one of them use racial slurs when drinking.

More importantly, who makes those jeans that Shailene’s wearing? I like those.
