I saw Questlove make a fine suggestion on FB today: let’s all celebrate Ronnie Spector today rather than talk about Phil Spector.

Phil Spector was over-rated and The Wall of Sound was a crock. He also pulled a gun on Johnny Ramone during the End Of The Century recording sessions and I believe Phil also threatened to shoot Joey or Dee Dee. Glad to see that murderous hack finally became compost.
