I did a long solo hike today with my doggies and came home to my ecstatic children telling me the news. We spent the night drinking margaritas in the hot tub while enjoying this amazing weather and one of our neighbors set of some amazing fireworks.

Made this today to celebrate.  I haven't wanted to cook or eat much this week.  This is the first thing I've made that took more than minimal effort.
