Great article. You mention the 180 gram pressings toward the end. I think they're pretty ridiculous too. I'd be curious to read about what kind of profit these have turned for the industry. Despite the press's monthly proclamation that "vinyl is making a comeback", I suspect the 180 gram pressings are a niche market…
