I’ve been a CHP Officer for a while so I feel I can comment on this EVOC program fairly well. The EVOC portion of the CHP Acadmey is by far the most fun. But it is also the part of the Acadmey where most Cadets fail out and get sent home. Believe it or not, their standards for passing EVOC are extremely high.
