Somebody elsewhere pointed out each turtle has a unique walk cycle, and now I see that my respect for the animation just shot up. I love that detail.

 THEN THEY HAVE FAILED.

This looks great! Love that they’re finally making a movie of it, and it seems to encapsulate the feel of the games well.

I will say, though, Lu Bu doesn’t look as scary as he does in the games.

ONLY 3 per person? Cheap bastards. :P

I love the craftsmanship of these, especially the lights on EVA01.

Weird to give Rei a smile, though, since that’s such a rare expression for her.

I’ve never owned any of the Jakk’s figures but I appreciate that they do a fair amount of variety when it comes to Nintendo stuff. Had I not had access to the figma or figuarts stuff, I’d happily get these.

Even then, they’re covering a lot more ground than the more expensive options.

Camera axis inversion. It takes me hours if not days to rejig my brain to get used to it between games, so I’d rather pick non-inverse. UNLESS, it’s a flying game like Panzer Dragoon. Just feels better for those ones.

I like the look of it a lot! Hoping the DX edition will be physical, too. If not I’ll probably just get the regular release. Those Amiibo look nice.

Correct. I’m not sure what part of my post you’re responding to, though.

I’m still astonished that no figma have been released of Pyra or Mythra. I’d have thought they’d sell very well.
 And BotW Link, too.

This is the first Twitch streamer I’ve heard of who doesn’t anger and baffle my old soul (well, except sips_ and Limmy).
I haven’t watched her stream but I appreciate the amount of creative work that goes into this. It looks cool. I loved that horrific removal of the mocap suit. Made her look like something from

I’m a Musou fan, I’m a Persona fan: I’m happy.

Direct and canonical sequel it may be, but I feel the gameplay makes it feel like a smaller spinoff. I’m fine with that.

I think Persona 5 took its themes as far as it could go, and this one seems to be stretching the concept of the metaverse quite a bit outside of its

I agree about the Ryuji stuff. I was actually baffled when I found out he was so unpopular. The game wants me to think he’s somehow obnoxious, but aside from the crude way he talks he’s a good egg! Wears his heart on his sleeve, has a good sense of justice, and is a harder worker than most where it truly counts, which

I haven’t finished the 2nd Jail yet but I love the Sendai guitar theme - very catchy!
Initially took me a while to get used to the fast pace of the battles because I was constantly interrupted by tutorials every time something new happened. Once that was out of the way and I got to focus on getting used to each

So far at least, and as much as I’m interested in these new titles, their 3D work looks kind of empty and cheap with no unifying sense of art direction.

I liked the teal grass in the original. It gave them a visual trademark that’s missing in this new one.

The water is semi-realistic whereas the tall grass areas are

I played ARR back in 2014 when I first got my PS4. I loved it but dreaded doing dungeons because I wasn’t playing with friends who were new to the game also. I had to look up a mini walkthrough prior and felt a lot of pressure to get stuff “right”. Those bits felt more like a chore to me and I’m sure had I played with

Do any of the colossi count in Shadow of the Colossus? The game could be either nothing but boss fights, or have no boss fights at all depending on your perspective.

No lie, when I saw this clip a couple of nights ago I thought it was better than I expected. I’ll never watch it again, but still.

I’ve seen Mortal Kombat Annihilation on TV, to the end, twice. The first time was on my 17th birthday and I stayed up until the early hours to watch it on my own because my brother seemed to know what was coming up and left. The second time I just subjected myself to it again because I have low self esteem.
It was

I think I posted elsewhere that I’m glad they’re finally attempting to take Pokemon in this direction, and I also hope that if it turns out well they’ll build on that for future main game titles.

But yeah, the trailer at least is derivative. Not just the visuals but the spare piano music, too.
 I know it wasn’t the

Loved Diamond. The setting, the soundtrack and the lore really stood out to me, so am looking forward to this. I like the SD proportions of the characters.
