One touch windows killed a kid in Indiana.  I’m a bit more skittish about those if there are kids around.

Exceeds Mechanical Limits - so it had an unintended acceleration? ;)

Added a parrot bluetooth phone/remote kit to a 2006 Sonata that didn’t have one. It was a pain, but it was completely worth it.

Tires that had a good rating from Consumer Reports (for a daily driver).... completely changed how the car handled, even ran quieter.     I was in 3-4 inch snow doing about 35 with no problems and some dude decided to pass me, thinking if I could do it so could he.  He immediately completely spun out and ended up in

He’s not stupid like Trump, but otherwise he behaves just a bit too much like him for my comfort. I don’t understand it though... Spaces is a success and Tesla could be without the crap. Just enjoy the benefits of your labors.

I can vouch for the wind issue.   My house is about 3/4 of a mile from a highway that’s in a slight valley.   Most days it’s a distant, non-intrusive noise, but I’ve had experiences where the wind is clearly carrying the noise and it is considerably louder, even when the traffic is light.

I agree.   I don’t want it to fail, but it’s a disaster and they are “learning” what other companies learned 20 - 50 years ago.   I think Elon should stick to space and let someone else run Tesla.

I’d pay $2K for it, but gosh..that’s ~18 years old. I’d pay $6K for something that’s no more than a decade old.

I owned a 2006 V6 GLS until last year. Other than an unexpected fuel pump failure, it served me well for 199K miles, but the suspension was falling apart and it had a bad issue where it would barely fit over the parking lot block barrier things then badly scuff the panels underneath when you backed out. This ripped

Given that modern dishwashers are quite energy efficient and do so < 4 gallons of water, I don’t really see that as a bad option, if you are going to be doing a load of dishes anyway and there’s space. Dishwashers are often more efficient than handwashing, in terms of water usage and if you aren’t using a hot-dry mode

so is there, um, a reason VW is sending units to review in America? Seems rather annoying if it’s not for testing the market.

“Tesla’s own testing”
is worthless if it can’t be replicated by other unbiased parties.

I actually kind of hate the company now, based on how vicious they are towards any negative publicity, even when there are deaths involved.

I think the Chevy Bolt is a better electric car at this price point. But I prefer PHEVs so I

I miss my MR2... 1988 year, Navy Blue with T-tops. No supercharger, but it was fun to drive. A woman I picked up in it told me it felt like I was driving a spaceship (surrounded by what seemed like a glass canopy). Oh well.. it was a quirky mess to maintain. I’d buy one of the later models (not the convertible) if I

what I wouldn’t give for a modern car with that nice and roomy back bench seat....and a reasonably sized trunk.

The better question is how do those on the factor floor feel about him...their approval rating, from a bunch of people who are less likely to use glassdoor in the first place. That’s what matters here. They are the ones the company will rise or fall on.

And I’m sorry, but a ton of US companies treat their production

It is when you only have a couple of models and overpromise.

You can’t fail your way to success like you can with a website.

Electric cars are supposed to be easier than gas engine cars to build, which is telling. The big companies rely on entire model lines of cars so that they only have to release new models on a
