    Oh my this is silly, I'm surprised Top Gear UK is more relevant in Taiwan than it is in America.

    I happen to know that 99 cent store shopping carts are one of the best handling and good looking carts around. Not as stable or roomy as Costco's, but performance-wise, its pretty much up there with the greats.
