It is kinda hypocritical that Deadspin, a site that regularly criticizes those perceived to be intolerant, has no qualms about mocking an athlete for sincere religious beliefs. You would rightfully skewer anyone who ran a similar article on an athlete who was Muslim, Jewish, or an atheist.
