If only Freightliner and International would issue recalls for their trucks setting ghosts.  If you think it's scary in a car, imagine your 80,000lb semi randomly slamming on the brakes

What car had that amazing Easter egg?

Modern diesels have piezoelectric injectors, crazy high pressure injection pumps, diesel particulate filters (cause back pressure even when they're clean), Selective Catalyst Reduction (DEF systems), and are completely computer controlled. All of which are quite expensive on their own, especially the emissions

That was not hitting a bump. That was getting hit from the side by another rider.  The punch was somewhat justified.

REAL drivers start in 6th.  Then skip up into 8th. And again up to 10th.

I would try a managed switch and manually set the ports to gigabit connections.  I had something similar happening with my old HP smart switch when they were on auto mode.
