I agree. A lot more money and effort should go into making sure voting is accessible and an easy process for everyone.

Election day should definitely be some sort of federal holiday. And I like the automatic registration idea. But online voting is a terrible idea. It’s vulnerable to glitches and hacking. There would be no definitive traceability. Most importantly it would cause way too much damage to the public’s faith in the results.

I think it has more to do with the large amount of retired people in the Republican base. But I’m sure types of jobs factor in also.

I’ve definitely never heard him say that he want’s more immigrants to enter the country. How would he change existing immigration laws? How many more immigrants does he want the US to take in every year?
