There is also that possibility. But getting the 'geek' approval for a 'geek show' is... well... pointless. You need wide approval and ComicCon, is targeted to a 'small' part of a needed audience.

Nothing could convince a studio more than getting the approval of folks you don't have to try and convince to watch your show...

Funny you should mention that, the original Deora cab used the rear hatch of a 1960 Ford wagon as a 'door', so when the designer was doing the Deora II, he based it on the 1996 Ford Taurus wagon.

Not really sure, but what you might be thinking about is a 'history of' TPB that Marvel put out at the time of the 1st X-Men film to catch folks up on the 35+ year history of the franchise. There was also a standard book that contained new stories written by various writers called Ultimate Spider-Man. But neither
