Worded it poorly. Basically meant how we are not really getting any 'new' Doctor Who until 2013. Six episode in the fall, one Christmas episode then only six in 2012. But then again it was almost TWO years between Series 4 and Series 5 so, can't complain too much
We have a 'whole year' 'til new Doctor Who, so one week is nothing. :-)
I suspect that since most bounty hunters walk a fine line, legally speaking, use of [police resources to help them is frowned upon.
Yeah! Futurama June 23rd, Top Gear June 26th, summer is lookin' good!
That's a very good question. The more I read about law enforcement in New Jersey the more disturbing it gets...
Screw that!!! Keep the airship, donate the wife to a museum!
Agree, the amount seems excessive, but given the officer's history of 'corruption' maybe it is needed. While the taxpayers pay the money, it comes out of someone's budget. My guess is the the police force will not be getting any new equipment for a few years. Without all the facts, it is hard to say why it was what…
Apparently the officer had an extensive history of reprimands.
What if you own & enjoy all of them? Just a month or so ago, had an all Day Alien(s) + Predator(s) Marathon.
As others have asked, where the heck is Carl Kolchak? Look, I love The Dresden Files as much as the next guy, but Susan Rodriguez makes the list and Carl Kolchak doesn't? What a buncha...
I agree, there is something odd with the crib, and as I said, I doubt it is his mom, but the whole scene plays weird so I will wait and see what twist is planned.
My guess, it is a Ganger that dies, it is Melody/River in the suit and the Doctor at the diner was always the real Doctor. Knowing that the rogue aspect (?) of the Church would not stop until it believed him dead, he sets up a scenario where in Melody/River does what she was trained to do. If he is dead, then the…
The only problem is that nothing on the crib looked new, even the writing had 'age' to it. Removing the kiss, everything River has done or said could be fit into either scenario. Her big speech to the Doctor could be a lover / mother scolding a child. If she was his mother, his future would be her past. The Doctor…
Yeah, I know, just pointing out that if they wanted, they could use it. Given the shifting realities as a result of the Doctor's actions, it may have since changed, but if a writer wanted to, they have this 'dangling plot' to play with.
'River didn't use the Gallifreyan writing on the crib to tell him who she was'
In the 1996 Doctor Who movie it is strongly suggested that the Doctor is 1/2 human (on his mother's side). It is canon since the film is considered canon, but has been sorta left to fade by the current series. Since the film, they have never stated that he is either 50% or 100% Time-Lord, just that he is the last…
Am I the only one who thought that after everything, maybe River was the Doctor's mother? It was started that the Doctor is 'half human'. River is 'human' with Time Lord DNA mixed in, so she could meet a Time Lord and have a child. She used the crib to tell the doctor who she was, but if the crib was the Doctor's…
Last I heard, she was married, divorced, married, divorce, and married again. And no, that was my last prom...
I once stripped naked, hosed myself down, hopped in the freezer to be Iceman. The trip to the ER was fun, but the nurses kept laughin' and pointin' at my junk. Next time, I go as silver age Iceman.
