Huh, okay. But it was a legal formality right? Please tell me the judge looked at them like: "Bail?"

To expound on Ladyology's point, there are some psychologists who believe that rape has little to do with sex at all, and much more to do with the thirst for violence and inflicting suffering on the victim, which can be done using rape (forced sex). It's not about sexual attraction, and many times not about lust;

In the event that's an honest question: because people don't rape for the sex.

Highlights! Still loving nukinja, guys.

*actually* white people hold the keys to dismantling white supremacy, but prefer not to do anything about it, preferring instead to take personal offense on an individual level every time someone attempts to challenge it at a systemic level

White girls looking ~bad a$$~ in the vicinity of all black people is kind of a played out trope. You might want to rethink it before you do it again. That's all people are saying.

Someone thinking your video is racist is not an attack on your humanity. Calm the fuck down.

No need to go count all the ways in which you

I find this video problematic (which is sad, because I love Sky... "You're Not the One" was on heavy rotation for me when it came out), but not for these reasons. It doesn't seem to me that she "uses the dancers as props" any more than any pop artist does with dancers of any race.

Can't quite follow your argument but am compelled to tune out at the sight of "race card."

You are 15 years too late.

"My friends are black! I wasn't raised rich! They're articulate! You're more racist than I am!" Give her the Kewpie doll. She wins this round of Racism defensiveness Bingo!

"I'm not racist, because only a racist could possibly conceive of a situation or idea that might be considered racist. Therefore YOU are the racist, racist!"

Ah yes, because in 2014, being accused of racism is WAY WAY WORSE than taking the time to check whether or not you may have done a racially insensitive thing

You don't have to be a Hollywood actor to know that you sexual harassment and exploitation can happen even if you don't "court" it.

Beyonce may not be everyone's favorite but she's worked to get where she is.

Beyoncé dissing Kim Kardashian amuses me way more than it probably should.

Just let me have my internet vent so I can go on about my merry day...

Hasn't your country suffered enough since we sent you Bieber?

As an almost-lawyer, this is in no way legally enforceable. If nothing else, there are consumer protection laws/strict liability standards regarding certain chemicals (in extreme cases)/reasonable person standards that would make this patently absurd.

Uhhh, is this where they got their legal advice?
