I rode a dual purpose bike through the winter once. The roads were too nasty with the snow so I went off road mostly, golf course lawns etc. I wouldn't do it by choice.

Freedom of information is definitely a human right. Unobstructed access to the internet is right. Free internet (paid for by someone else) isn't.
