Probably referring to the diff and rear subframe taken from the Camaro ZL1 (Already a Zeta so the whole thing was relatively easy to lift across, and saved them development money)
There's few things I want more than a ride in one, someday. YouTube videos can only get you so far.
If they said "Barbus" they're bogus.
Shouldn't he have used a Saab?
But this one has those awesome hotel carpet vacuum patterns on the mat in the back, that's got to be worth two or three grand, right?
In the late 1960's, this Ford GT40 MkIII also drove the streets of NYC. http://motoringconbrio.com/2012/02/17/thi…
That's one of the things I like about Jalopnik is the commenters. They're usually pretty intelligent and even when they're not it's not like uber troll bad. How to win car tug of war:
Seriously. The 210MPH is amazing and all but my jaw dropped at the sight of those two cars moving over at around 1:43. It was a thing of beauty rarely witnessed stateside.
guh...car tug of war. this us not, nor ever will be anything remotely related to power. its f=(mu)N. force of torque applied to the road = friction of driven wheels to the road multiple by the normal force (weight). its so much easier to add weight than it us to add mu. the g could have done this in 2wd
