Jalopnik: “There are too many screens!”

Also Jalopnik: “There are too many buttons!”

Also also Jalopnik: “This car isn’t competitive because it lacks such and such features.

Apparently it’s never been made clear to you that American Automakers don’t count as actual functioning companies on this website.  Rather, we should all buy a truck from a company that has little history of making trucks, and is still clawing it’s way back from one of the greatest corporate cover ups of all time.

Electric cars have been “inevitable” for a long time now and are still a minuscule fraction of the market. I’m pretty confident I’ll be able to buy brand new internal combustion engine cars for the rest of my life (I’m 34).

A proto-Tesla, then?

You want to tear down I-70, literally the main artery that connects the West to the Midwest, to make room for housing and parks?

$1,950 is safely in the “fuck it, why not?” territory for a ride like this.

Because you ‘once owned a Chrysler product’ way back when you ‘feel qualified’??

Yes, because a limited production supercar hand built in its own dedicated factory is so comparable to a mass market Neon or whatever....

In that case, I totally support this.

New York pizza is best - ego-fucking-maniacal. In most European cities and towns, London included, there is a small pizzeria run by Italians, and those pizzas are awesome. It’s not the doughy shit NY’ers serve.

Hi Cary,

Ummm. Can anybody say “weather”? The North and Mid West have just been through the worst Winter that I can remember. Who the hell goes out to buy a car when there is a couple of feet of snow on the ground?

Blaming Trump really isn’t the answer. Shit got too high, and wages haven’t kept up.

Gosh, have I heard lots of complaints about this year’s tax returns.”

Look - there has been one and only one Challenger body design since 1970. It didn’t change body shape in the ‘70's and it hasn’t changed body shape since its reintroduction in 2008. Nor should it.

Nope. It’s all left-wing talking points and virtue signalling 24/7 here on the decaying corpse that is ex-Gawker Media.

if by hot garbage you mean a really good factory system that is fast, intuitive, looks good and very functional, then I would have to agree with you. The improvements they made in 2018 make it even better.

All systems are. I drive a LOT of press cars, uConnect is better than most. Sad, but true.

The Dodge Challenger is as old as it is impractical.
