I don’t think you realize that a woman’s only event is not the the same as the systems and culture in place that prevented women from having a greater degree of influence in gaming.

That is not, in any way, what is happening.

Tell men that a single room at a single event is off limits to them for a couple of hours and it’s a war crime to be tried at the Hague. Implement and nourish a work culture openly hostile for over a decade and “ThaT’S JuSt VieDEo GamES BRo”

There needs to be more civil, rational discussions than ever before. We need to be able to be less ‘butt-hurt’ at everything and listen to the other side for once. You can disagree, and that’s perfectly fine, but there needs to be communication.
