I was flipping through the DVDs at the dollar store today.
I dunno, I kinda like it.
Everyone 'liked' the G8. Just not enough people 'liked' it enough to plunk down a check..
I'm really grateful for the protection of all these great rules.
I dunno, it looks like an A3 as drawn by a twelve year old boy. No class.
I knew a girl who personally put 300k on her Metro with nary a problem. Always roadtripping all over the place. She was awesome, and so was her car.
I could never get over how fuckin' AWESOME the gen 2 MR2 was and what an absolute dog this one was. Looks, performance, the works. If it were called the 'revster' or something, it would have had a chance. But comparing it to the gorgeous old MR2, one of my all time favorite cars, it just failed miserably.
Geo = Suzuki, not such bad cars really. Mostly just owned by airheads.
To make a long story short, walking down the street of SF one day I found an old Japanese man's whole life possessions being unceremoniously dumped out on the sidewalk. He died and, having come out at 60, his family wanted nothing to do with him or his things.
He's meeting a need in the community.
The sword in the middle is linux, cutting both both major players in markets they have coveted (mobile and servers), and today offering a pretty damn compelling desktop environment.
Whil not offering the total ecosystem of the other two (particularly in professional/corporate native software, plus games of course), it…
A fabulous thing about Ubuntu, it just never 'starts to feel slow.' even after years of heavy usage.
OSX feels like a particularly well polished, clean, and totally inflexible Linux desktop. Maybe a step above GNOME without the extensions, not quite as polished as KDE. Touchpad multitouch is brilliant, but I actually prefer the 2-axis scrolling function of the Thinkpad trackpoint.
Here's the explanation: iOS needs a pretty radical overhaul to stay up to speed. All I have heard about are aesthetic tweaks. Ergo, iOS7 is gonna suck.
It was provoked because the Mini driver passed him on the right earlier and Camry changed lanes (without signalling) and almost hit him.
yeah, of course what he did was wrong, but the reason this is news is not because the mini driver passed on the right.
lol iOS7 is gonna suck.
at least the engine looks pretty central to the chassis, so it won't kill you too quick.
You know, I use a six-blade razor (Dorco, bought in Korea). And I absolutely love it.
