A 2007 Cobalt is my daily driver. Not an SS sadly, but it's an LT Coupe. I love the thing. Got it when I was 18 years old brand new to get me to college safely everyday. The front end doesn't look too bad, but the back end is a little too bulbous. I have about 86K on the odometer and never had a mechanical issue yet.…
Montana has more license plate designs than residents!
I also think a big sin of EVERYONE else is assuming a New York plate belongs to a New York city resident when it could very well be someone who lives in Albany.
Touche.
Every state has its share of asshole drivers. Assholism isn't a regional thing.
Those red, white, and blue Ohio plates—while patriotic—look good on nothing. My Aunt and Uncle moved out there about a decade ago and owned a dark green/teal Yukon. It clashed so hideously. My cousin owns a purple Fit (Purple = red + blue) and still, you would not believe how awful it looked. Don't get me started on…
Haha. Yes indeed. I understand now. The entire eastern part of the state is one big highway, splitting into smaller highways, and splitting into even smaller highways. It's one gigantic commuter state with the sole purpose being an expressway from Philadelphia to New York City, with beaches and casinos. There are a…
I rather like the old black and white Maryland plates. It was a simple, clean design and the state insignia in the middle was subtly eye-catching. Black and white go with everything so it didn't stand out on your vehicle.
I guess Bertram really never was heard from again...
Haha, not even. He was "envying" his neighbors. He hadn't even bought one yet.
N: The Camry is no longer a car, so much as it is a symbol. It has evolved into this image of a versatile, durable vehicle and a car that will run forever. Ad campaigns have a lot to do with that from the "Grounded to the ground" and "sleek and nice rims for him" to a new radio ad where a husband waters the same plant…
73% on first try just guessing mostly. Call it luck.
This one's pretty cool. Pilot is coming in hot and at an angle. Just as he's about to land, the plane gets hit by a crosswind. Lands sideways in a puff of smoke.
Does Captain Sully count? I mean it's a crash of sorts, but it's also a masterful landing. Plus no one was injured.
This plane just didn't want to get down. Lot's of wiggle throughout the approach.
Do we really need more Crossovers in America? It's like a plague.
I'm really pulling for Detroit to bounce back, but it may be a long time before it does so. The city is truly fascinating.
