@ahpooks: The first book on mindfulness meditation I read was by the same author, called 'Wherever You Go, There You Are'. It was a really good read. The breathing techniques are great for stress and anxiety. Its amazing how quickly you can bring yourself back to a calm state with simple breathing exercises.

Wow, on Sunday I thought about bringing one thing down to the trash each day from my apartment. I may have to move in a few months, and it would be great to not have to pack stupid items I never use. Fortunately I live in an area where I can just put things on the sidewalk and they disappear almost instantly.
