I wonder what people do while they are seated at desks that dont have computers on them. Twiddle their thumbs? Scrapbook? Stare out the window and contemplate things?

@Shadow-Lurker: Yup. I absolutely love online banking, but I dont do the auto pay. Like you said, I need to be the one in control. I have a set day, when i get paid the first of the month, to pay my bills. I hardly ever pay the same amount on my debts (student loans, credit cards) and I always pay more than the

@TunaFish: This is one thing that really, really bothers me about my current job. Dress codes frustrate the hell out of me. Wearing a shirt and tie doesnt make me any more productive. in fact, it makes me less productive. I'm much more comfortable in t-shirt and jeans. For me comfort = better production.

@tkuhl87: just keep in mind that you may have these pets for the next 15 years. As a non-cat person, that scares me.

@kyre: Same here. Theres the paths along the hudson and east river, which are pretty well taken care of, but the only problem is getting there without shoes. I love walking around barefoot, but theres no way I'm walking through the city without something on my feet.

I think its pretty interesting how little we actually know. Even when we thing we know whats best, and what works, old habits die hard.

@retrac: "the girlfriend is on the night shift and my box misses me."

@Jeff Abrahams: I downloaded one a while back called KICK Subway. I have the lite version which is basically just a map with all the routes. I dont know if its worth paying for an app, as you'll figure it all out pretty quickly. The subway was one of the scarier things I faced when I first moved here, but its so

@FreeChaos: I echo the PBJ sentiment mentioned above. Its still one of my favorites. Cereals always a good snack, can be a little pricey if you dont buy on sale, but cheaper than eating out.

@Phoshi: Terrible. I celebrated Friday last night. Apparently I had my days confused, and apparently I'm not as young as I used to be.

@zombies.like.lattes.too: Yeah, between my selfish lifestyle and my tiny city apartment, it would not be an ideal place to raise a dog. But I cant wait to get one once I eventually settle down some.

@jjswee: yeah, i could see that being a difference. Mine are identical, so I could put them in the other ears. But then I feel like I'm not supposed to, for some odd reason.

Is there a big difference if you dont put right in right and left in left? I never really do it, but I'm not really sure why I dont do it. Is there a reason???

@jupiterthunder: Exactly, and oddly enough I'm not that concerned about someone stealing my bank info. Its a shitty pain in the ass when it happens, but with the amount of people that have access to my info, from employers to banks, its inevitable that it will.

@gibson_se: I was thinking about using this for my towels, but I wonder if they would get that mildewy smell quicker than usual? Seeing as how I like to use a towel for a solid two weeks before moving onto the next one. I do that for the environments sake of course, it has nothing to do with laziness.

I dont hate this. In fact, I'm on board.

Do people really expect much privacy online? Do you expect privacy on your work network? Think of all the shady people across the world that work in a capacity where they have access to your info...banks, hospitals, isp's, and really any website that takes your password. You think everyone there is honest, and

when i searched for a dentist in my area, the first result was for a vets office. and based on the first review of a woman and her cat, I dont think its the right place for me to get my teeth cleaned.

@Costermonger: ha ha, seriously, he may want to consider adding a little disclaimer to the bottom of his resume.

I enjoy going out, and with cameras everywhere its inevitable that you're going to get tagged in ridiculous, somewhat compromising photos. I accept that, and I un-tag myself from photos that are a little overboard.
