Yeah, exactly.  In my way-too-long entry into this thread (above) what I had to say to the one hold-out jurist in MY case was precisely that:  "Eyewitness testimony is the LEAST reliable form of evidence."  (Even though I myself had found the testimony utterly credible.  It still isn't HARD/PHYSICAL evidence.)
