I wondered not long ago what happened to Jason Segal.

I could not believe the contrast. The opening was so over the top, the colors of blue skies and sea dazzling, Jude Law, Poseidon, rising from the waters packing his papal jewels in tighty-whities with a gate of such deliberate confidence as gorgeous ladies frolic like nymphs heralding his return from a long voyage.

Clearly they should have released a trailer where Buck looked more like Pluto and then summoned all the CGI gods back together to make him look like he does in the photo.  Think of the free publicity!

I miss lovely images as this from a President who had respect for science, for women, for dignity and integrity.

While Snatchers is an above-average entry in the horror-comedy realm, it’s not good enough to enter any sort of canon of proudly retro campy-splatter flicks.

Tonight was a great example of how well shot and directed this series delivers. There was a fantastic shot of Ralph Anderson inside the dark house, all grays and blacks, but outside the window were these colored lights in a kind of mist, the only color in the entire composition. Stunnng.
