Amazing house but at 23 million it is a serious fixer-upper. When I toured the house when I first move to LA there was serious deterioration of the poured concrete blocks a lot of it from air pollution creating some kind of dissolving issues. Whoever buys it takes a special person. The kitchen hadn’t been updated…
