I think it's one of the first things they talk about on the cast commentary track on the Blu-ray. They say it's Bill Hader doing the voiceovers in the movie and talk about his opening line, “Not so long ago in the mysterious land of Toronto, Canada…" and the way he pronounces it 'Toronno' like a local.

Bill Hader does all the voiceovers in the film. I thought that was common knowledge.
