Thank you. And I honestly believe every American would benefit from the training I went through for this job -- especially the 8 hour training on racial equity.

I work for the National Domestic Violence Hotline and you are absolutely spot-on about all of this, especially the two most dangerous times. I was going to comment on this article, but you pretty much said everything I had on my mind. You must have been well trained. Kudos.
You’d think this would be implied by the original oath in general, but alas we have to literally spell it out.
I just can’t buy the argument that Pelosi is “doing nothing” in the face of ::waves at all this:: Given the limitations of a divided government and (somehow) divisions within her own party, I think she’s been as strident as anyone could reasonably hope for. (That said, I’d still like to see her try and delay the…
I never got the plum roles in any drama productions, but I wasn’t a bad actor, haha.
I was pretty tame. The biggest one I think I did was when I called in to my school pretending to be my dad to say I was sick. I kept swearing I needed to stop, because I was sure I would get caught, but nope. That probably worked at least a dozen times.
...This is literally all I have right now, just let me have it....
I’m looking for hope anywhere right now, and this gave me some. Thank you.
For the first time in my life, I’m starting to save money to buy a gun. I never thought I would get to this point, but here we are.
He had that misstep re: the Hong Kong protests a while back, but people mostly did go easy on him. He could so easily go the Jordan route and try not to offend anyone in order to maximize his “brand,” but he’s actively taken sides. I respect that.
Not even giving this a slight rise in my blood pressure. I’ve had enough family in the military throughout the generations for this to be pretty much the only thing I’m NOT worried about. The officer corps isn’t so easily Trumpified as most civilians think.
I haven’t watched the show since it was on the air, but I can still recall that exact voice.
Speaking as someone who once worked at a shelter for kids who had been removed from their families due to abuse and neglect, I’d like to add my voice to all those here. He’s doing good work. And just by being someone he can rely on, so are you. Don’t forget that.
Looking back over all the books that show adapted, I was surprised to see how many I would eventually read. I particularly read “A Tale of Two Cities” because of the episode of Wishbone. My question is, what are they going to do for a movie-length feature? I vote for the entire five-book Musketeer series by Alexandre…
Remember when veterans were practically sacrosanct to conservatives? Didn’t take long for the racism to override that....
Of all the wrestlers involved in this, Sammy strikes me as the one most likely to change. So far at least, he’s made a terrible joke but hasn’t been reported to have actually harassed anyone. Also, his apology seemed legit, and Sasha herself spoke with him. I’m hoping he truly can learn and change from this.
Worked brilliantly for Archer. Definitely can be done.
Please tell me that was Ciena Ree in charge of the Star Destroyer....
If there’s one thing that gives me some hope, it’s that, even just a few years ago, stances like those of Gundy and Drew Brees would be the norm and they would be playing to the majority. Yet now both of their little maneuvers seem to have backfired against them. I am for this trend continuing.
I’ve worked as a phone operator at the National Domestic Violence Hotline for over a year now; though I had suspected this sort of thing before, I never really had any experience with it until starting this job. It took me about four hours into my first shift to come to this conclusion.
