Is this something people actually care about if there is an overabundance of available gas pumps? I’ve never heard of anyone getting upset about this until this article. If I’m getting gas and need something inside then I’m parking where I’m also getting gas.

The term disorder in general is probably not what you think. They are all pretty subjective and only called disorders because it starts to cause significant problems for someones daily life. Other cultures might not even consider such a thing a disorder. They aren’t diseases that you can cure.
