If the software is capable of being used in unintended ways that causes problems then there is a software defect. Effectively all software has defects that can be exploited. Saying it’s not a problem and to just not do that thing that is causing a problem doesn’t mean there isn’t an underlying problem due to poor…

What a ridiculous assumption. Why don’t you look up the definition of a software exploit. I’ll save you the trouble and let you know that it is taking advantage of a bug. Just because it is difficult or potentially too difficult to fix doesn’t mean there isn’t one. The bug could be anything including poor design.
