If I had to absolutely choose one entity to blame, its Microsoft. There’s so many reports I’ve seen that they kept pushing for that Halo 2 ten year anniversary, even though 343i begged for more time. Not to mention 343i trying as hard as possible to do right by the players with free shit and fairly consistent updates.
